Sacred Song Circle

Join us for a playful circle of connection through musical exploration.

It is our intention to create a safe space for harnessing the healing power of vibration, self expression, and supportive community.

This is a collaborative experience. Although no singing or musical experience is necessary, we encourage you to come ready to share yourself, as you are. (Sing, dance, drum along, or listen and share energy)

We will sing Sacred Songs from around the world as well as familiar favorites. There will also be a chance to share or lead a heart song of your own!

This is a practice of letting go of the expectation of how our voices should sound.

It is a practice of developing our own beat, our own harmonies, our own unique tone.

It is a practice of deep listening and noticing, with loving awareness, the vibration born within us and how it influences and enhances the Collective Sound.

This time is sacred. It’s prayer. And it’s also a whole lot of fun :)

A Breathwork Journey led by Justin to reclaim your energy. Stress, tension, and emotional overload don’t just disappear — they drain your energy quietly over time. Your energy is your true currency — the foundation of your focus, resilience, and joy.

In this 2-hour breathwork immersion, we’ll use guided breathing techniques to release the emotional and physical weight you’ve been carrying and reset your system back to clarity, calm, and vitality.

What to expect: Conscious breathing to release trapped tension and emotional buildup. Nervous system reset for deep calm and resilience. Reflection practices to anchor new energy patterns. Breath as a daily tool to reclaim your energy and focus.

This journey is beginner-friendly and powerful. No prior breathwork experience needed.


Bring: a yoga mat, journal, water, and an open mind.
